Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix
At the end of a Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix that was ultimately quite boring, it was Max Verstappen (Red Bull) who won and signed his 40th career victory. The Dutch driver dominated the race head and shoulders, perfectly managing his start and the onslaught of Carlos Sainz Jr (Ferrari).

Mercedes succeeds in its race

The reigning double world champion was accompanied by Lewis Hamilton and George Russell on the podium of this seventh round of the F1 world championship. With two drivers on the podium, Mercedes has confirmed its return to form in recent weeks. Conversely, Ferrari continues to dig the hole.

For its part, the French team Alpine is content with a few points, those brought by Esteban Ocon, who finished the race in 8th place. Pierre Gasly, the other tricolor, finished just before the points zone but took advantage of a penalty imposed on Tsunoda to take the point for tenth place, just ahead of Charles Leclerc (Ferrari).

The ranking of builders

No major concern for Red Bull. The Austrian team benefits from the points brought by the victory of its pilot Max Verstappen and by the 4th place of the Mexican Sergio Pérez.
