The 109th edition of the Campeonato Mineiro came to an end. Atlético-MG is once again champion after 42 years, beating América-MG in the final, in the two games of the decision. It is the 48th state title of the Rooster, the biggest winner of the State.
Played since 1915, the Campeonato Mineiro has been won by only seven clubs: América-MG, Atlético-MG, Caldense, Cruzeiro, Ipatinga, Siderúrgica and Villa Nova-MG.
